We’re back!

After taking a bit of a break over Christmas and New Year to recharge our batteries and generally stuff ourselves full of food and fizz, Eat Midlands is back for 2015.

Blog of the Month: Ray Mears’ Extreme Housewifery

November’s Blogger of the Month is Laura Hadland, from Leicester, whose site Ray Mears’ Extreme Housewifery is a weird and wonderful mixture of restaurant reviews, baking, gardening and…mosaic making!
Laura holds the World Record for the largest toast mosaic and has also created a portrait of Pippa Middleton made from more than 16,000 crumpets!
